Cindy worked for me for 2 months as a graphic design assistant through the Canada Summer Jobs program. I wish we could have kept her longer? She designed a wide variety of materials for our programs, services, and fundraising events including Up the Down Market and Run Up for Down Syndrome. Cindy also designed all the print and digital assets for our multi-channel year end fundraising campaign, Flourish for Life. Cindy is hard working, conscientious, and creative. I highly recommend her.

Glen Hoos

Director of Communications + Sustainability, Down Syndrome Resource Foundation

I am delighted to recommend Cindy, from her time as a Youth Volunteer Ambassador. Throughout her involvement in the IYSCorps program, Cindy has consistently demonstrated exceptional drive, engagement, and motivation. Her passion for making a difference in the world is truly inspiring.

One aspect of Cindy’s work that particularly stood out to me was her creation of an amazing magazine focused on climate change. This magazine not only showcased her creativity and dedication but also served as a powerful tool for raising awareness about one of the most pressing issues facing our planet today.

Cindy’s ability to take initiative, collaborate effectively with others, and communicate her ideas with clarity and impact sets her apart as a remarkable individual. She approaches every task with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on her community and beyond.

Based on her outstanding performance and dedication, I have no hesitation in recommending Cindy for any future endeavors. She is an invaluable asset to any team or organization fortunate enough to have her onboard.
